This site collects no data
The AwareShark corporate website (awareshark.com) is a static site that uses no cookies, embeds no trackers, loads no third-party resources and collects no personal information of any kind. There are no forms: contact happens directly over email, under your control.
Technical server logs
Like any web server, our infrastructure produces technical logs (IP address, timestamp, requested resource) solely to operate and protect the service. These logs are not cross-referenced with other sources, are not shared with third parties, and are purged periodically.
The AwareShark platform
The simulation platform (domains under *.awareshark.com or customer-hosted installations) processes the data each contracting organization defines for its events (for example, participants' names and email addresses). In that context the contracting organization is the data controller and Megalodon Cybersecurity acts as processor, under the applicable service agreement.
